What data GBR Pro Solutions s. r. o. processes, why, and what rights you have.
1. The controller

2. What data we process, why and on what basis
Purchase and license issuing
Data processed: email address, TradingView username, status of the subscription. We currently handle these in Stripe’s system and in our email correspondence; we do not store them in our own database.
Purpose: providing access to the purchased tools and managing the subscription.
Legal basis: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We have no access to card details and we do not store them.
Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Invoicing and accounting
Data processed: billing name, address, details of the purchase.
Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Keeping in contact
Data processed: the content of the email you send us and the sender’s address.
Legal basis: performance of the contract, or legitimate interest.
Email notifications
Data processed: your email address, and the date and IP address of the confirmation.
Purpose: to notify you when a measurement closes or a new lab note is published. Nothing else is sent to this address.
Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The subscription only takes effect once you confirm it from the email we send. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
The list is managed in MailerLite. We do not pass the address on for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.
Visit statistics
We use the Google Analytics service to measure how many people view which pages. It uses cookies and only starts if you consent to it.
Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Server logs
The server keeps a technical log (IP address, timestamp, request).
Purpose: operation and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
3. Who we pass it on to
- Stripe, Inc. (United States) — payment processing
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting and visit statistics
- Google Ireland Limited — visit statistics, only with consent
- MailerLite Limited (88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18, Ireland) — sending the email notifications. Subscriber data is stored in the Netherlands.
Data transfers to the United States take place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
We do not sell data to third parties and do not pass it on for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep it
- Purchase and license data: for 1 year after the subscription ends
- Invoicing data: for the period prescribed by law
- Contact correspondence: for 2 years
- Server logs: for a maximum of 12 months
- Analytics data: for a maximum of 14 months
- Email subscription: until you unsubscribe
5. Your rights
You can request access to the data we process about you, its rectification, its erasure or the restriction of the processing. You can request the data to be provided in a portable form, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw processing based on consent at any time.

We do not make automated decisions and we do not carry out profiling.
