INDEPENDENT TRADING INSIGHT
WE WON'T TELL YOU WHAT TO TRADE.
WE'LL SHOW YOU HOW TO DECIDE.
Education, tools and measurements for futures trading. Every claim is defined in numbers, checkable in code, and comes with a statement of when it fails. The refutations are published too.
Every claim has a state.
Most trading material makes a claim and leaves it there. Here every claim carries a rating: fact, hypothesis, or measured. Hypothesis means it has not been measured yet — and the measurement log says where it stands.
When a measurement closes, the result is published. Including when it refutes. A refutation is worth as much as a confirmation — often more, because it frees you from something.

Structured learning, with ratings
Learning paths for futures index trading, focused on MNQ. Every lesson carries the claim, the rule defined in numbers, the code, and what would refute it. If a topic cannot be defined in numbers and checked in code, it does not go in.

GBR Quant Lab
Indicators for trading platforms: levels, liquidity gaps, structure and volume pressure. Each has a page stating what it computes, what it assumes, and where it falls short.
The catalogueWhat I measured, and what came out of it
Notes on the measurements. Not tips — a record of what was examined, how, and what came out. Failures included.
What a test period actually tests
Two weeks on one instrument tests one market, not a tool. Here is what a test period is actually measuring, why ten losses in a row has three different explanations, and why the most common finding is about the person running the test.
Style first, timeframe second, tools last
Most people pick an indicator and then try to build a method around it. The order that works runs the other way, and it starts with something that has nothing to do with charts: when you can actually sit in front of one.
The signal is the smaller half
An indicator can tell you that a set of conditions became true. It cannot tell you whether this is one of the times that matters. That second part is learnable, and the first part is most useful once you no longer need it.
What this place does not do
It gives no signals and makes no predictions. It does not tell you what to trade. It promises no returns, and there is no number on this site without a measurement or a source behind it.
What there is: tools that state what they do, material that states what it rests on, and a log that says what has been measured and what has not.
Start where you are.
If you already trade: the tools are free and open source.
